WHY IS IT?
Why is it that when you go to customer service it takes forever to get service?
Today I went to a local grocery store to buy a money order.As I waited I saw numerous staff walking by and none at the counter.I finally ask one employee if anyone was assigned there today and she pointed out an employee talking to another employee.Just giggling and talking.I approached her and asked if she could help me.She smiled and said yes.Well when I went back to her counter she continued talking.After another 10 minutes another customer joined me.I informed her I had already been there 10 minutes or so.She questioned if anyone was there and I pointed the lady out.Just then another customer arrived and she went to the person and asked for assistance.At this point I saw her turn to come back to work then grinned turned around and continued talking.
What the hell?After 15 minutes and a line of 8 people or so she waddled over and asked the last person in line if they needed help?I am in ghost mode.Not complaining or shifting around No i am a ghost.The others pointed out I was there first and when she acknowledged she responded that she decides who goes first.\At this point I was beside myself.Did she own the store.?I think not she was just being rude.
I left to find a manager and he was on his break so he said after his break he could talk to me.WHAT THE HELL.?
True I don.t need this and nobody should be this rude.
I WILL NEVER EVER EVER GO TO A FRY'S FOOD store again.KROGER OR SMITHS THEY ARA all the same chain.
