Crumbling

Everywhere I see a crumbling of how I was taught to be fair to all people.From the news and posts and blogs its nothing but a downward spiral into the darkest depths.What happened to family first weekends off and RESPECT?Respect of your fellow mankind.Now its a blatant disloyalty to your employee who ends up going postal or on the streets.I remember when other would reach out and help.Not now it just watch out it may happen to me so shut up.Now more than ever I see that the people that we supposedly elected to to office show the new generations how to be dishonest disrespectful and to just lie.Lying is OK for politicians I guess.They have more protection than you or I.But when our children see this they just tell us So what everyone does it and they re right.So how can they be punished cant you ll go to jail they'll be taken away.Now is the time for us to reflect on how to make a change to teaching respect cause our government doesn't and our schools wont too scared that they'll lose funding cant send too much homework make the child mad.My children were once labelled gang members because they sat at a table assigned to them by the school with a boy who was assigned there also,This boy on his own away from others threatened a girl .She reported it and when the school cop went to talk to this boy he was at his assigned table LUNCH and everyone there was dismissed for the day for there gang affiliation.
